Brief
We support AC Milan in producing its annual sustainability report with the aim of presenting fans and other stakeholders with a credible narrative that connects all the club’s activities and initiatives into a single vision, supporting its brand reputation.
Our Work
Since we began working with AC Milan, we have been consistently striving to strengthen its sustainability report through a structured approach that brings its numerous initiatives into a coherent narrative. Each phase of the activity is carried out with the constant and structured involvement of the sustainability team and internal functions.
Our activities include:
Determining the approach to sustainability that can best encapsulate the club’s identity, its commitments and all its activities
Stakeholder engagement activities (interviews with the club departments and top management)
Collecting qualitative and quantitative data
Graphic design and layout of the document
Writing the report and creating content for the sustainability section of the website.
Result
Over the years, we have overseen the entire reporting process, starting from data collection to the production and publication of the report. We have also encouraged an internal dialogue on sustainability and expanded the range of topics to be included. Each narrative aspect is integrated into the club’s strategic framework and is communicated through channels that reach both Italian and international fans.
