Who we’re looking for
We seek a junior consultant with a minimum of one year’s experience in sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement and ESG analysis, gained in an accountancy firm or a sustainability consultancy. Candidates should have full professional proficiency in Italian (or mother tongue-level) as well as the ability to work fluently in English (both written and spoken).
We desire a highly motivated individual eager to advance rapidly, with a passion and curiosity for their work. While we don’t expect you to be an expert in everything from the start, you should have a foundational knowledge in ESG and be keen to develop as a sustainability professional.

Lundquist offers a temporary contract, enabling you to apply your knowledge practically through hands-on client engagement with some of the largest Italian listed and non-listed companies. A successful tenure may result in a permanent position. You’ll join a diverse, international and inclusive team with expertise in reporting, communications, stakeholder engagement, research and digital.
You will face challenges in advanced sustainability projects and gain exposure to various aspects of sustainability consulting.
