Create a new site for the Bank of Italy (Banca d’Italia), analysing the international best practices in digital communication for Central Banks and institutions.
ECOSYSTEM ANALYSIS AND BENCHMARK
In order to define a new digital strategy for the Banca d’Italia website we carried out a usability analysis of the previous website and an in-depth benchmark of competitors at the international level.
We also carried out a perception audit and interviews with internal content owners of Banca d’Italia.
DIGITAL STRATEGY AND WEBSITE ARCHITECTURE
We defined the new digital strategy for Banca d’Italia (including concepts and strategic pillars).
We proposed a new website map and online test for the validation of the proposed architecture of information.
We designed the wireframes for “desktop” and “mobile” versions of the new site (responsive design). We supported the web agency that developed the website.
The new Banca d’Italia website was launched in December 2014
