As Banca IFIS undertook a bold rebranding, the client wanted to make sure that the entire digital presence reflected its identity and business strategy. The specialist financial services provider turned to us as a partner in this process to ensure a transparent and efficient corporate website that included an innovative approach to user experience, all guided by our research programmes.
We assessed the existing website to gather its strengths and challenges from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective and use these to build the foundations of the new digital property and implement the project:
– Drawing on Banca IFIS’s new business plan, brand strategy and reporting documents as well as external perceptions in the media, we used interviews with internal key stakeholders to develop a content strategy and messages to drive the future content of the website;
– This approach enabled us to support the client in redrawing and simplifying its online ecosystem of brand websites and integrating the corporate website into its overall commercial presence. To bring the new vision to life we devised a new information architecture and worked closely with internal teams to write (and re-write!) content for key sections of the website. After it was launched, we continued to support Banca IFIS with fine-tuning the content based on our research.
Banca IFIS’s new corporate website is a successful expression of their new brand identity, fostering a sense of transparency and underlining the focus on long-term sustainability.
