The .future research is built around four “dimensions” that we use to assess sustainability communications and reporting, and drive improvement. It’s great for exploring best practice and understanding how companies approach key issues such as climate change and diversity and inclusion, in order to then support our clients in developing effective communication strategies and implementation.
In the spirit of our measure-manage-change approach, each dimension is supported by a set of quantitative criteria (score) and qualitative queries (effectiveness) that we use to define excellence in sustainability communications.
