Job description

Lundquist is a strategic corporate communications consultancy based in Milan and with a pan-European client base.

We are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to support our Head of Operations in running our day-to-day activities as smoothly as possible, performing big tasks as well as small ones.

Tasks include but not limited to:

>> Office management, such as maintaining office areas, supply inventory, general office clerk duties and errands
>> Administrative support related to accounting, invoicing and expenses
>> Support the management team
>> Managing filing system
>> Support in event management
>> Travel management
>> Drafting correspondence

Your profile:

>> University degree
>> Minimum of 1-year experience in a structured office environment as an office assistant or in related field
>> Excellent writing skills and good command of Excel
>> Problem solver
>> Warm, proactive and energetic personality with sharp attention to detail> Ability to work autonomously
>> Strong English is a plus
